i think this article or comic strip has a potential and it's good to look at deeper things in a lighter way. this lessens the tension. and yes, collaboration can be a good answer whenever a job requirement is need to be filled. Come to think of having cheap labor and paying for 5 people and helping them compared on paying much and only one benefits from it...
